This takes place years after the epilogue of the first novel, in which Don Julio García, sent several members of the group ADIP, Dominican Association of paranormal research to investigate the mysterious appearances of a mythological being of the afro-Caribbean culture and mithology, known as the ciguapa, called also as the siren of the Caribbean, with supernatural powers and strength, in the frame of this saga, the search for the existence of this being, begins with the cruel murder of a former officer of the elites of the national army, the curiosity of two friends discover a secret that leads them to become members of this group to face a tyran of the Samana region who is at the same time a powerful black magician with amazing powers, who take away anyone who gets in his political plans of domination, keeper of a secret that would change the history of the nation and would shake all the structures, political and religious beliefs of the world as we know it....
