Williams, PhD, is a writing coach, editor and speaker; she has a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a M.A. in English from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a PhD in English from the University of South Florida.
